Description

Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end Service Cloud solutions for global organizations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the full development lifecycle, from technical design to support and maintenance.
• Design and implement scalable technical solutions across Sales, Service, and Community Clouds.
• Perform code reviews, optimize Apex performance, and ensure high-quality product delivery.
• Mentor technical teams through regression, UAT, and system integration testing.
• Collaborate with sales and technology teams to prepare proposals and technical presentations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience with at least 6 years of hands-on technical programming.
• Expertise in Salesforce Lightning Component Framework, Apex, and declarative tools (Process Builder, Visual Workflow, Lightning App Builder).
• Proficiency with Salesforce APIs: SOAP, REST, Bulk, and Metadata.
• Experience implementing enterprise integrations using SOAP, REST, Web Services, or Boomi.
• Strong web development skills in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (AngularJS or React).
• Experience with data migration tools like Apex Data Loader and DML.
• Mandatory certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, App Builder, and System Administrator.
• Mandatory Trailhead Super Badges: Lightning Component Framework Specialist and Lightning Experience Specialist.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Architect certifications.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Field Service Lightning.
