Description

You will lead the technical design, development, and administration of Salesforce platform-based technologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage Salesforce Communities.
• Propose, document, and implement software project lifecycle solutions.
• Develop and administer applications across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
• Manage Salesforce and Outlook integrations.
• Execute development within SCRUM/Agile frameworks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Information Systems analysis, design, and development.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Salesforce development and administration.
• Expertise in Salesforce Lightning, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
• 1+ years of experience handling Salesforce and Outlook integration.
• 5+ years of experience with SCRUM/Agile development practices.
• Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) concepts.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Salesforce.com Developer or Administrator certification.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of MuleSoft and MuleSoft certification(s).
• Knowledge of Medicaid.
