You will act as a Subject Matter Expert driving technical decisions and architectural direction across multiple teams. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor junior team members while owning critical team decisions.
• Provide technical solutions to complex problems that impact multiple engineering teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine project requirements.
• Engage with various teams to contribute to key architectural decisions.
• Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Apex programming language.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and design principles.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce customization and configuration.
• Proven ability to integrate Salesforce with external systems.
