Key Responsibilities
· Own Salesforce platform strategy and roadmap aligned to business priorities
· Lead and develop Salesforce admin and technical teams
· Establish governance (intake, prioritization, release management)
· Drive enhancements (CPQ, automation, integrations)
· Ensure data integrity, scalability, and reporting accuracy
· Partner with Sales Ops, Finance, and GTM leadership
· Optimize sales processes (pipeline, forecasting, deal approvals)
· Manage system integrations (ERP, marketing platforms, analytics tools)
· Deliver executive dashboards and insights
· Support M&A system integrations
· Leverage AI tools to improve forecasting, automation, and productivity
Qualifications
· 8–12+ years Salesforce experience; 3–5+ years leadership
· Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, CPQ, and integrations
· Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
· Ability to navigate competing priorities and ambiguity
· Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and platforms
· Strong focus on continuous improvement and scalable processes
· Salesforce certifications preferred
