Description

You will own the Salesforce platform strategy, governance, and roadmap while leading the admin and technical teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Salesforce admin and technical teams.
• Establish governance for intake, prioritization, and release management.
• Drive enhancements including CPQ, automation, and system integrations.
• Ensure data integrity, scalability, and reporting accuracy.
• Leverage AI tools to improve forecasting, automation, and productivity.

Required Skills

• 8–12+ years of Salesforce experience.
• 3–5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture.
• Experience with CPQ and complex integrations.
• Proficiency with ERP, Marketing Platforms, and Analytics tools.
• Ability to navigate competing priorities and ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and platforms.
• Experience supporting M&A system integrations.
