Description

Lead Salesforce Financial Service Cloud implementations within a multi-org structure, owning the release pipeline and technical architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Setup, customize, and develop Salesforce.com applications using platform best practices.
• Build integrations between Salesforce and external applications using relevant APIs and frameworks.
• Lead functional and technical solution architecture while supporting product owners with requirement refinement.
• Manage platform efficiency through continuous improvement, code reviews, and governor limit analysis.
• Coach junior engineers and maintain platform integrity through quality assurance and automated testing.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with Salesforce Financial Service Cloud implementations.
• Hands-on development with Apex, LWC, Aura Components, and Visualforce.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud features.
• Deep understanding of declarative automation features within the platform.
• Experience with Version/Source Control, Continuous Integration tools, and DevOps principles.
• Proficiency in Salesforce coding best practices, design patterns, and enterprise patterns.
• Experience working in an agile environment alongside developers, product owners, and test engineers.
• Ability to log and manage incidents and defects through to resolution.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing multi-org Salesforce structures.
