Description

You will perform end-to-end manual testing of Salesforce applications, ensuring the quality of configurations, customizations, and integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test cases, test plans, RTMs, and test scenarios for Salesforce applications.
• Test Salesforce Flows, Process Builder automations, validation rules, approval processes, and custom objects.
• Validate configurations, customizations, and integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, UAT, and smoke testing cycles.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in manual testing with strong Salesforce exposure.
• Hands-on testing experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configurations, workflows, and automation tools.
• Experience using Jira and Azure DevOps for defect tracking and test management.
• Ability to execute data validation checks using SOQL.
• Familiarity with API testing, specifically REST/SOAP services.
• Experience managing the defect lifecycle within Agile/Scrum.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex Salesforce integration patterns.
