Description

You will ensure the quality of Salesforce applications by performing manual testing across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases for Salesforce environments, including custom objects and Lightning components.
• Author and execute end-to-end test scenarios across Salesforce modules to ensure data integrity and system interoperability.
• Leverage SOQL for extensive data validation against organizational protocols and data models.
• Conduct regression, integration, UAT, and smoke testing, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Lead the creation and management of test artifacts, driving quality improvement through metrics analysis.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce platform testing across Sales, Service, and Experience clouds.
• In-depth knowledge of SOQL for data validation and relationship mapping.
• Proficiency in Manual Testing methodologies.
• Experience with Data Validation techniques.
• Familiarity with API Testing tools, preferably Postman.
• Any Graduate education.
