Description

Lead manual testing for Salesforce projects and manage a team of testers in Indianapolis, IN.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3+ testers through full project lifecycles.
• Mentor onshore and offshore teammates to maintain quality standards.
• Drive manual testing strategies specifically for Salesforce environments.
• Execute testing for complex integrations and data migrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce.
• 5+ years of professional manual testing experience.
• Proven track record leading 2-3 Salesforce-specific test projects.
• Experience managing and mentoring teams of 3+ testers.
• Hands-on experience with integration and data migration testing.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Indianapolis, IN.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• 10+ years total working experience in testing or QA.
