You will execute manual testing processes within a Salesforce environment to ensure high-quality deliverables.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing activities across multiple concurrent projects.
• Drive testing efficiency through proactive defect management.
• Create project metrics to track completion phases, defect reports, and defect prevention.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to maintain testing standards.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in software testing.
• Hands-on experience with manual testing methodologies.
• Experience working within Salesforce environments.
• Proven ability to manage onshore-offshore coordination.
• Experience working in Agile development cycles.
• Ability to develop and track project metrics and defect reports.
• Strong communication skills for cross-team coordination.
