Description

You will build and execute omni-channel automation within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, and deploy marketing automation campaigns using Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder.
• Build customer lifecycle journeys and automated or triggered email campaigns.
• Monitor technical performance of assets and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Estimate implementation effort and maintain technical solution documentation.
• Collaborate in daily agile standups with Business Analysts and Product Owners.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certification.
• Experience mapping business needs to Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Proficiency in building automation processes and following documented standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Consultant Certification.
• Familiarity with Marketing Cloud to CRM Connect, Data Extensions, and Audience building using Sales and Service data.
