You will lead the technical architecture and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud ecosystems.
Responsibilities
Design technical architecture artifacts, including integration, solution, and system interaction diagrams for SFMC.
Implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud products including Engagement, Mobile Studio, Ad Studio, Account Engagement, Personalization, Journey Builder, and Data Cloud.
Lead estimations, delivery plans, and product roadmaps for digital marketing experiences.
Build and manage data ingestion processes via batch and API-based integrations.
Provide technical leadership to SFMC delivery teams and mentor developers on best practices.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, configuration, and data migrations.
Proven experience implementing at least one Data Cloud project end-to-end.
Expertise in AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Proficiency with Query Studio and Marketing Cloud Studios (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Content Builder).
Experience with REST/SOAP web service integration languages.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, including Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
Knowledge of data management and governance, specifically regarding privacy and consent.
