Description

You will lead the architecture and design of scalable Salesforce Marketing stack solutions that meet business, data, and marketing automation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud solutions following industry best practices and Salesforce recommendations.
• Build solution blueprints detailing Salesforce Data Cloud modules, including data ingestion, cleansing, transformation, and identity resolution.
• Design privacy-by-design solutions for consent, preference management, and PII data handling.
• Configure and customize Marketing Cloud components such as Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Ad Studio.
• Develop custom modules and solutions using AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, HTML, and CSS.
• Implement data models, governance, and quality measures to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Optimize marketing automation workflows, engagement campaigns, and Interaction Studio content insertions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce MarTech Lead or Architect.
• Deep technical understanding of Marketing Data architecture, integration, and automation capabilities.
• Expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud, including capacity planning.
• Proficiency in SQL, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with data modeling, segmentation, activation, and identity resolution.
• Ability to design SDKs and website maps to capture customer engagement in CDP or Interaction Studio.
• Strong understanding of Customer Data Platform (CDP) and marketing automation concepts.
• Experience integrating Salesforce platforms with external systems and third-party platforms.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Management degree in Digital Marketing.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications or accreditations.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
