Description

Design and architect scalable Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud solutions. Own the technical implementation of data ingestion, identity resolution, and engagement workflows.

Responsibilities

• Architect solution blueprints for Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud, ensuring alignment with business objectives and data requirements.
• Configure and customize modules for data ingestion, cleansing, transformation, segmentation, and activation.
• Develop custom modules and engagement campaigns using AMPscript, SSJS, and other scripting languages.
• Implement and optimize marketing automation workflows, journeys, and data models using the Customer Interaction Model (CIM).
• Lead technical guidance for CDP and SFMC teams while enforcing data governance, privacy-by-design principles, and PII handling standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce MarTech Lead or Architect.
• Expertise in Salesforce.com, specifically Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud modules.
• Hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Interaction Studio.
• Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Deep technical understanding of Marketing Data architecture, integration, and automation.
• Proven ability in data modeling, data ingestion, and identity resolution.
• Experience designing privacy-by-design solutions for PII and consent management.
• Ability to develop website maps and SDKs for capturing customer engagement.

Preferred Skills

• Management degree in Digital Marketing.
• Related Salesforce Certifications or Accreditations.
