Description

Lead the architecture and design of scalable Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud solutions. Own the technical blueprint for data ingestion, identity resolution, and marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud architectures following industry best practices.
• Build solution blueprints for data ingestion, cleansing, transformation, and identity resolution.
• Configure Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Ad Studio.
• Develop custom modules using AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, HTML, and CSS.
• Implement privacy-by-design principles for consent, preference management, and PII handling.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce MarTech Lead or Architect.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud capacity planning.
• Proficiency in SQL, HTML, and CSS for data modeling and customization.
• Experience with data modeling, segmentation, activation, and identity resolution.
• Ability to design SDKs and website maps to capture customer engagement in CDP or Interaction Studio.
• Strong understanding of Customer Data Platform (CDP) and marketing automation concepts.
• Experience integrating Salesforce platforms with external systems and third-party tools.
