Description

You will design and implement technical solutions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage technical architectures for SI flow and system integrations.
• Act as the primary technical and functional interface between your team and other business tribes.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for all platform configurations and processes.
• Manage complex campaign workflows including audience management and personalization.
• Drive improvements in deliverable quality and team velocity through process optimization.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience in the IT domain.
• Deep functional and technical mastery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Personalization).
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and AMPscript.
• Strong web development skills including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Expertise in CRM domain concepts such as customer knowledge and campaign management.
• Proven experience with integration architecture and SI flow concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work simultaneously on various technical topics with high rigor and proactivity.
• Any Graduate.
