Description

You will lead the design, development, and support of global Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team through the full lifecycle of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solution delivery.
• Architect and document technical designs for end-to-end marketing solutions.
• Collaborate with business and IT leaders to translate business strategy into large-scale technology roadmaps.
• Transition solution designs to development resources and resolve technical risks and issues.
• Model current and future state architectures, defining reference architectures and creating necessary artifacts.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant Salesforce experience with deep expertise in Marketing Cloud.
• Extensive experience with SFMC tools including Journey Builder, Interaction Studio, Audience Builder, Email, Mobile, Content, Web, and Advertising Studio.
• Proven ability to integrate SFMC with Salesforce Clouds (SFCC, SFSC, SFEC), third-party data, and enterprise systems.
• Hands-on experience with CRM, CDP, identity resolution, and data onboarding/transformation tools.
• Experience developing multi-channel, multi-touchpoint customer journeys and activating AI/ML in customer experiences.
• Ability to map non-functional requirements such as security, compliance, performance, and availability to target architectures.
• Knowledge of business process automation, enterprise integration tools, and SAFe methodology.
• Experience managing customer data, consent, and privacy/security policies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience distilling business strategy into enterprise architecture.
• Experience using business capability methodologies to deliver cross-organization roadmaps with established KPI targets.
