Description

Lead the architecture and management of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform and its integrations with enterprise data.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize business requirements from stakeholders into technical solutions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
• Define architectural strategies to improve platform performance while maintaining a stable and secure environment.
• Design implementations that integrate Marketing Cloud with other enterprise platforms and Salesforce products.
• Manage consultants and mentor junior developers to support their technical development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud in large institutional environments.
• Expert knowledge of Email Studio, Audience Studio, and Social Studio.
• Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Mulesoft integrations.
• Deep understanding of data security protocols for protecting sensitive data within Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in various computer architectures and protocols to articulate technical trade-offs.
• Ability to work independently to achieve goals and communicate effectively with business stakeholders.
• Experience managing vendor relationships to rationalize ROI and manage costs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within the medical or healthcare industry.
