Description

You will implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud to deliver end-to-end marketing solutions for clients.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, execute, and optimize customer journeys and marketing campaigns.
• Develop data models and segments based on client requirements.
• Create content personalization using AMPscript.
• Automate processes within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment.
• Lead workshops and advise clients on platform optimization and technical strategy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in SQL, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong understanding of Data Modelling.
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Email Marketing, and IP warm-up.
• Experience with Audience Segmentation and Omnichannel Customer Journeys.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both internal and client-facing teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JavaScript, APIs, and Postman.
