Manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud integrations with platforms such as Facebook, Google Ads, Spotify, Reddit, Snapchat, and other digital channels.
Monitor API and SFTP data feeds and ensure accurate data flow into Salesforce.
Troubleshoot data mapping, Salesforce object, and synchronization issues.
Maintain and enhance marketing dashboards and reports.
Support email campaign setup, deployment, and performance tracking.
Build and manage customer journeys using Journey Builder.
Work with marketing and CRM teams to improve campaign performance.
Validate campaign metrics such as spend, clicks, impressions, CPC, CPM, inquiries, applications, and enrollments.
Create technical documentation for integrations and data workflows.
8+ years of experience in Salesforce and digital marketing technologies.
Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Data Extensions.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and SFTP integrations.
Strong SQL skills.
Experience with marketing dashboards and analytics.
Knowledge of AMPscript, SSJS, HTML, and CSS is preferred.
Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
