Lead technical strategy and execution for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and personalized customer journeys.
• Configure and customize the Marketing Cloud environment to automate processes and meet business requirements.
• Develop technical solutions for email campaigns and automation workflows.
• Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and optimize strategy.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in AMPscript and SQL.
• Strong command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for marketing automation.
• Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration, configuration, and development.
• Deep understanding of marketing automation and customer journey personalization.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.
• Proven ability to solve technical problems with meticulous attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification.
