Description

You will lead the end-to-end implementation and governance of Salesforce Marketing Cloud across business units.

Responsibilities

• Architect SFMC solutions using Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder.
• Design and implement automation workflows, personalized campaigns, and multi-channel journeys.
• Build and optimize data models, data extensions, and segmentation logic.
• Translate business requirements from marketing, sales, and data teams into technical solutions.
• Manage testing cycles and monitor deliverability, including IP reputation and authentication.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Expertise in Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder.
• Strong proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, and API development.
• Experience building customizations using HTML and JavaScript.
• Proven ability to integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM and external systems.
• 2+ years in a team lead or technical leadership capacity.
• Ability to define platform governance, roadmap, and scalable architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification.
• Salesforce Email Specialist certification.
