Description

You design and develop email templates, landing pages, and digital assets using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns aligned with business goals. You utilize Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Content Builder to create personalized customer journeys.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive email templates and landing pages.
• Build personalized customer journeys using Journey Builder and Content Builder.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
• Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Content Builder.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and email design best practices.
• Experience with CRM Systems and marketing automation tools.
• Proficiency in Graphic Design, including Adobe Creative Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of data segmentation and personalization techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
