Description

Build and manage technical implementations within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem. You will own the development lifecycle from coding to QA and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop email templates and assets using direct HTML and CSS coding without relying on WYSIWYG interfaces.
• Manage data extensions, subscriber imports, and group creation using data filters.
• Execute technical projects using Agile methodologies and JIRA for tracking.
• Maintain strict adherence to QA processes to ensure deployment accuracy.
• Communicate technical concepts and project updates to the broader organization.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud development experience.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS coding.
• Experience managing data extensions and subscriber imports.
• Ability to work within Agile-based project methodologies.
• Experience using JIRA for project tracking.
• Strong technical QA processes.
• Project management skills to handle multiple simultaneous workstreams.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
