Description

You will design and execute personalized customer communications across acquisition, retention, and CRM programs. You own the technical implementation of engagement journeys and automated data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build emails, templates, interactive forms, and dynamic content blocks using Content Builder.
• Create and update customer journeys within Journey Builder.
• Develop automation activities including SQL queries, file transfers, and data extracts in Automation Studio.
• Manage cloud pages in Web Studio and implement automation triggers with engineering teams.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and document data and process flows.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud development experience.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS coding without relying on WYSIWYG interfaces.
• Technical expertise in Ampscript, Javascript, and REST API integration.
• Thorough understanding of data extensions, subscriber imports, and data filters.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Adherence to rigorous QA processes and validation standards.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
