Description

You will configure, support, and enhance Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, focusing on email and SMS communications within a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and Mobile Connect.
• Develop automated journeys, triggered sends, and scheduled communications across email and SMS channels.
• Build and maintain data extensions, SQL queries, and audience segmentation logic.
• Implement dynamic and personalized content using AMPscript and ensure SMS compliance including short code and keyword management.
• Troubleshoot campaign, data, and automation issues while adhering to security, privacy, and change control policies.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.
• Hands-on proficiency with AMPscript and SQL within the Marketing Cloud ecosystem.
• Experience implementing SMS messaging, including consent management and Mobile Connect.
• Strong understanding of governance, security, and privacy standards in regulated environments.
• Ability to integrate Marketing Cloud with client systems and Salesforce.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG or Section 508.
• Experience supporting government agencies or health organizations is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with staff augmentation roles under state direction.
• Experience in public-sector environments involving PII and strict compliance.
