Description

You will develop and support Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud implementations, integrating them with enterprise systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud platforms.
• Integrate Marketing Cloud with Sales Cloud and external systems using SOAP and REST APIs.
• Manage system administration, including access management and security settings.
• Support customized applications, user permissions, and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio.
• Proficiency with SOAP and REST APIs for system integration.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and ETL processes.
• Experience using the Salesforce Lightning Interface.
• Competency with declarative development tools: Flows, Process Builder, and Workflows.
• Any Graduate degree.
