Responsibilities

• Design and develop Marketing Cloud solutions using MCP and Interaction Studio.
• Create personalized customer journeys and real-time interaction strategies.
• Develop and manage data-driven marketing campaigns within MCP.
• Integrate Marketing Cloud with external systems and other Salesforce products.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing Cloud implementation.
• Hands-on experience with MCP.
• Proficiency with Interaction Studio for real-time interaction strategies.
• Experience building personalized customer journeys.
• Ability to integrate Marketing Cloud with external data systems.
• Degree in any graduate field.
