Description

Develop and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio, while integrating Salesforce Data Cloud and Pardot for lead management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Marketing Cloud solutions using SQL, AMPscript, and Server-Side JavaScript.
• Implement Pardot for lead nurturing, scoring, and campaign automation.
• Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and third-party applications via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance and data quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Hands-on expertise in SQL, SSJS, AMPscript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud integration and customer segmentation.
• Experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM integration using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder requirements and troubleshoot complex solutions.
