Description

You will build and integrate personalized, data-driven marketing solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and customize CloudPages using AMPscript, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Design and execute real-time campaigns triggered by customer behavior.
• Implement personalization strategies using Einstein Recommendations and dynamic content.
• Create and optimize customer journeys and workflows via Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
• Integrate Marketing Cloud with APIs, CRM systems, and third-party platforms.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in AMPscript, Journey Builder, and CloudPages.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Email Studio and Mobile Studio (SMS/WhatsApp).
• Expertise in API integrations and external platform connectivity.
• Proven ability to manage real-time campaign execution and dynamic workflows.
• Experience with Einstein Recommendations and customer data extensions.

Preferred Skills

• Troubleshoot campaign performance, deliverability, and integration issues.
