Description

Lead end-to-end marketing automation implementation and serve as the subject matter expert for feature development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation solutions using Contact Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder.
• Design customer journeys and associated data models in collaboration with clients.
• Build and configure integrations between Marketing Cloud and CRM or other applications using MC Connector, Middleware, SOAP, or REST.
• Sync data between Salesforce Service Cloud, external databases, and Marketing Cloud.
• Configure trigger sends, API calls, landing pages, and preference centers to manage customer inputs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in marketing automation or related fields.
• Extensive experience with Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, Advertising Studio, and Automation Studio.
• Proficiency in SQL, SSJS, AMPscript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with SQL-server languages and optimizing SQL queries.
• Experience with SOAP and REST-based integration solutions.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Salesforce Admin experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cloud Pages, Mobile Studio, or Social Studio.
• Knowledge of Pardot, Adobe Marketing Cloud, or Distributed Marketing managed package.
• Certified Salesforce Email Specialist or Marketing Cloud Consultant.
