Description

You will build and manage automated customer journeys within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage automated customer journeys using Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
• Create multi-channel assets using Content Builder and Contact Builder.
• Develop triggered sends and manage data extensions for targeted communications.
• Integrate APIs and implement custom logic to support campaign requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver SMS and email communications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) campaign development.
• Proficiency in AMPscript for dynamic content creation.
• Strong experience with HTML and CSS for email development.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript and API integration.
• Hands-on experience with Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
• Experience managing Data Extensions and Contact Builder.
• Proven ability to execute triggered sends and complex automation workflows.
• Degree in any field of study.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with mobile push integration.
• Experience building SMS communications.
