You will design, develop, and troubleshoot email marketing solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute email marketing solutions and technical troubleshooting using non-conventional approaches to solve complex problems.
• Setup, customize, and develop Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations following platform best practices.
• Produce architecture and design artifacts for automated marketing communications.
• Manage the full lifecycle of Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations from initial development through long-term administration.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience designing, administering, and configuring Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong expertise in AMPscript within SFMC.
• Proficiency with SFMC modules: Journey Builder, Marketing Cloud Connect, Email Studio, and CloudPages.
• Experience building custom email templates, dynamic emails, and customer journeys.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud Platform and integration via the Marketing Cloud Connect Managed Package.
• Hands-on experience with Javascript, HTML, and SQL.
• Ability to pull data from and configure CRM systems.
• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with APEX trigger development.
