Description

You will design, develop, and troubleshoot email marketing solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute email marketing solutions and technical troubleshooting using non-conventional approaches.
• Set up, customize, and develop Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations following platform best practices.
• Produce architecture and design artifacts for automated marketing communications.
• Manage the full lifecycle of SFMC implementations from initial development through long-term administration.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience designing, administering, and configuring Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency with AMPscript within SFMC.
• Hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, CloudPages, and Marketing Cloud Connect.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and integration via the Marketing Cloud Connect Managed Package.
• Experience building custom email templates and dynamic customer journeys.
• Ability to perform custom development of Apex triggers.
• Foundational knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and SQL.

Preferred Skills

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
