Description

You will architect and develop complex marketing solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Cloud Pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Develop AMPscript for dynamic email content, segmentation, and personalized workflows.
• Use Contact Builder and Journey Builder to structure data and design automated journeys.
• Collaborate with analytics and personalization teams to implement campaigns.
• Document technical solutions through flowcharts, diagrams, and code comments.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.
• Proficiency in AMPscript for dynamic email personalization.
• Strong front-end development skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Contact Builder, Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.
• Expertise in managing data relationships and customer data structures within Marketing Cloud.
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging complex marketing automation workflows.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and development cycles.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification (Marketing Cloud Developer or Email Specialist).
• Experience with Salesforce API and data integrations with external systems.
