Description

Design and implement end-to-end solutions across Salesforce Marketing Cloud and HubSpot, building scalable integrations and automating customer engagement workflows.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud components including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder.
• Develop and manage HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub solutions, including workflows, lead scoring, and custom objects.
• Build scalable integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Python, and Java (Spring Boot) to connect SFMC, HubSpot, CRM, ERP, and CDP systems.
• Design data models, segmentation strategies, and data governance processes to ensure data quality and accurate reporting.
• Translate business requirements into technical solution designs and conduct workshops with marketing and sales stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, Marketing Cloud Connect).
• 3+ years of experience administering and developing in HubSpot (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Workflows, APIs).
• Strong programming skills in Python and Java (Spring Boot preferred) for building custom services and automation.
• Experience designing and implementing REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and microservices architectures.
• Proficiency with SQL, ETL concepts, and data warehousing principles for customer data management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of overall IT experience with proven integration experience across enterprise applications.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant or Developer certifications.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, CDP platforms, or Mulesoft integration middleware.
