Description

You will manage and develop within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Marketing Cloud Connector setups and integrations with Salesforce and external applications.
• Build and maintain automated workflows using Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Journey Builder.
• Develop email templates and content using Content Builder, AMPScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Monitor email deliverability, manage IP warming, and handle reporting requirements.
• Write and execute SQL Query Activities to manage and query Data Extensions.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of overall experience with Salesforce Technologies.
• 4+ years of experience as a Marketing Cloud administrator or developer.
• Proficiency in AMPScript for SFMC coding.
• Strong command of SQL for data manipulation.
• Experience with HTML and CSS for email template development.
• Working knowledge of JSON, XML, MQ, HTTP, REST, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Marketing Automation and email deliverability monitoring.
• Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Marketing Cloud Consultant certifications.
