Description

You will design and deliver technical solutions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud automation platform to support email and channel marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Build custom queries, email templates, and AMPScript-based dynamic templates.
• Develop automation jobs and comprehensive 1:1 customer journeys.
• Manage Marketing Cloud Connector setup and integrations with Salesforce and external applications.
• Monitor email deliverability, handle reporting, and manage IP warming.
• Execute SQL Query Activities to query Data Extensions.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with Salesforce technologies.
• 4+ years of experience as a Marketing Cloud developer or administrator.
• Proficiency in AMPScript, HTML/CSS, SQL, JSON, XML, MQ, HTTP, REST, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Journey Builder.
• Experience using Content Builder for email templates and content.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage technical projects.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer or Marketing Cloud Consultant certifications.
• Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification.
