Description

You build and maintain technical solutions that enable the Marketing team to leverage the Marketing Cloud automation platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build custom queries, email templates, and AMPscript-based dynamic templates.
• Develop automation jobs and comprehensive 1:1 customer journeys.
• Configure Marketing Cloud Connect and manage integrations with Salesforce and external applications.
• Monitor email delivery, reporting, and IP warming processes.
• Translate business requirements into technical implementations for cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with Salesforce technologies.
• 4+ years of experience as a Marketing Cloud administrator or developer.
• Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, and Data Extensions.
• Experience with Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Journey Builder.
• Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS, JSON, XML, MQ, HTTP, REST, and JavaScript.
• Ability to write SQL Query Activities for querying Data Extensions.
• Experience using Content Builder for email templates and content.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer or Marketing Cloud Consultant certifications.
