Description

Build and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, focusing on data migration, integrations, and automated customer journeys. Own the full development lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment and stakeholder presentation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated email and mobile journeys using Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder.
• Build and maintain integrations between Marketing Cloud and third-party systems, including Snowflake.
• Develop Email Studio solutions with A/B testing and analyze performance using Data Views, Discover Reports, and Analytics Builder.
• Create custom preference centers and configure data models to support customer journey requirements.
• Conduct user training, drive platform adoption, and ensure solution quality through code reviews and testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Proficiency in at least one Marketing Cloud language: AMPScript, HTML/CSS, SSJS/JavaScript, SQL, or Guide Template Language.
• Strong experience with Marketing Cloud Studios & Builders: Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio.
• Knowledge of building custom preference centers and understanding data models, APIs, and configurations.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales/Service Cloud, Communities) and data security protocols.
• Ability to design customer journeys and supporting data models.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Einstein Engagement and Analytics Builder.
• Experience mentoring team members.
