Solution Implementation
Leverage Marketing Cloud expertise to enhance customer-facing and internal processes.
Develop, configure, and implement Marketing Cloud solutions, including data migration and integrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize Marketing Cloud workflows.
Present project concepts, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.
Build and deliver Email Studio solutions, including A/B testing.
Design and implement automated email/mobile journeys using Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder; advise clients on optimization.
Apply strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs.
Analyze email performance using Email Studio and Journey Builder reports; (nice to have) familiarity with Data Views, Discover Reports, Analytics Builder, and Einstein Engagement.
Build integrations between Marketing Cloud and third-party systems such as Snowflake.
Conduct user training and drive Marketing Cloud adoption.
Deliver marketing automation projects on time in a fast-paced environment.
Own project delivery and ensure high-quality solutions.
Work closely with business teams to gather and analyze requirements.
Integration & Technical Acumen
Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
Ensure solution quality through code reviews, testing, and performance optimization.
Uphold best practices, coding standards, and security protocols.
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues to ensure stability.
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Ability to design customer journeys and supporting data models.
Strong experience with Marketing Cloud Studios & Builders — Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio; plus Cloud Pages & Mobile Studio preferred.
Knowledge of building custom preference centers.
Solid understanding of data models, APIs, and configurations.
Proficiency in 1+ Marketing Cloud languages: AMPScript, HTML/CSS, SSJS/JavaScript, SQL, Guide Template Language.
Experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales/Service Cloud, Communities).
Strong data modeling, database design, and data security knowledge.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience mentoring team members.
Shifts: 5 pm – 2 am IST
