Description

You will lead Salesforce Marketing Cloud development projects from conceptualization through implementation within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop, and maintain complex Salesforce application implementations.
• Analyze software problems and conduct root cause analysis to resolve issues following defined procedures.
• Lead cross-functional digital, business, and technology projects.
• Review test plans and test cases to support Quality Assurance teams in ensuring software quality.
• Conduct design and code reviews, providing refactor suggestions to mitigate design issues early in the lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of progressive software development experience.
• 3+ years of technical expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
• Hands-on experience with Cloud Pages, Journey Builder, Content Builder, Audience Builder, and Analytics Builder.
• Strong expertise in AMPScript, SSJS, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Social Studio.
• Experience implementing custom preference management.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud connectors for Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds.
• Hands-on experience with Interaction Studio (Personalization Studio).
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with object-oriented languages such as .NET or Java.
• Knowledge of the Commercial Real Estate industry.
