Description

You will manage the end-to-end production and deployment of email and SMS communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage email and SMS projects through coding, editing, proofing, QA, and deployment phases.
• Hand-code HTML from text documents into responsive email templates.
• Build templates, automations, and dynamic campaigns.
• Work with marketers to deploy communications under tight deadlines.
• Maintain brand and legal standards while managing and uploading contact lists securely.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience coding HTML emails and deploying via an ESP.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in HTML for email production.
• Solid understanding of email best practices and CAN-SPAM/SMS data privacy laws.
• Experience implementing responsive design for email.
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
• Ability to follow and document internal marketing processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SMS campaign production and deployment.
