Description

You will own the engineering, design, and configuration of a Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering and configuration of the Marketing Cloud environment to meet project goals.
• Configure core features including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Audience Builder, and Automation Studio.
• Design scalable solutions for data integration, segmentation, and campaign execution.
• Establish governance, best practices, and documentation for the Marketing Cloud setup.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate with other Salesforce products and external systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud engineering and configuration.
• Strong knowledge of SFMC modules: Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio.
• Experience spinning up and configuring new SFMC environments for enterprise projects.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, segmentation, and integration concepts.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Familiarity with the broader Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CDP.

Preferred Skills

• Marketing Cloud Consultant or Marketing Cloud Administrator certification.
