You will manage and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Execute end-to-end email campaign plans to optimize open rates, CTR, engagement, and conversion metrics.
Build and manage customer journeys using Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.
Perform list segmentation and data extension segmentation using query activities and data filters.
Implement Social Studio across platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
Analyze visitor trends and campaign performance to optimize strategies and enhance conversions.
Required Skills
Direct experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) modules: Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, Social Studio, and Advertising Studio.
Hands-on experience with Contact Builder design and Exact Target platform integration.
Proficiency in SQL Server for data manipulation and segmentation.
Strong command of HTML and CSS for email development.
Knowledge of email deliverability concepts, including Sender Score and sender reputation.
Experience conducting A/B testing to improve campaign outcomes.
Ability to use group query activities for complex list segmentation.
8+ years of professional experience.
Preferred Skills
Experience with spam check best practices and campaign performance analysis.
