Description

You will engineer and manage marketing automation solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, owning the full lifecycle of campaign management and customer data operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement marketing promotions and technical solutions based on client requirements.
• Integrate Marketing Cloud functionality with third-party data sources via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Manage campaigns, handle customer data operations, and deliver best practices.
• Lead end-to-end campaign management or MRM projects from concept to delivery.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant experience in marketing automation.
• Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
• Expertise in Journey Builder, Content Builder, Contact Builder, Audience Builder, and Automation Email Studio.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Customer Data Management.
• Knowledge of segmentation, reporting, AMPscript for dynamic content, and cloud pages.
• Understanding of marketing cloud data architecture, IP warming, Social Studio, and Advertising Studio.
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and lead management account configuration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing technical solution proposals including sizing and scalability recommendations.
• Familiarity with custom or packaged Campaign Management products.
