Description

You will implement and manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, owning platform operations, migrations, and cross-channel notification design.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day platform operations, management, and reporting for Business Units.
• Collaborate with Business and Product teams to design notification solutions across email, SMS, and push channels.
• Troubleshoot application problems and implement frameworks for platform migrations.
• Conduct research and analysis to provide technical recommendations for business requirements.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• 6+ years of experience with AMPScript.
• 5+ years of experience in design, architecture, and migration from AEM to Salesforce.
• Extensive knowledge of Business Units, Mobile Studio, Email Studio, Web Studio, Content Builder, and Journey Builder.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and SQL for relational database management.
• Experience developing email and SMS templates.
• Experience with server-side API development and Open Source.

Preferred Skills

• 4 years of experience using GitHub and Jenkins.
