Description
You will provide technical support and development for Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) applications.
Responsibilities
- Support SFMC applications and resolve technical issues within critical response timeframes.
- Collaborate with program teams to evaluate and implement upcoming SFMC features.
- Manage data extraction and data management processes.
- Communicate technical requirements and updates to stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 8 years of experience in relevant technical roles.
- Proficiency with Marketing Cloud Intelligence (MCI).
- Hands-on experience with SFMC, including Email Studio.
- Experience with data management and data extraction.
- Knowledge of email and integration workflows.
- Proven ability in stakeholder management.
- Strong business communication skills for support engagements.
