Description

You will own the technical support and development lifecycle for Salesforce Marketing Cloud applications, ensuring system stability and feature adoption.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for SFMC applications and resolve critical issues within defined response timeframes.
• Collaborate with program teams to evaluate, plan, and implement upcoming Marketing Cloud Intelligence features.
• Manage end-to-end data extraction and data management processes to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
• Communicate technical requirements, system updates, and incident status clearly to stakeholders.
• Support email and integration workflows, troubleshooting failures and optimizing performance.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in relevant technical roles within enterprise software support or development.
• Deep proficiency with Marketing Cloud Intelligence (MCI), including dashboard creation and data visualization.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), specifically Email Studio.
• Strong background in data management, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) concepts.
• Practical knowledge of email sending workflows and system integrations within the SFMC ecosystem.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management, translating technical constraints into business language.
• Strong business communication skills for support engagements and documentation.
