Description

You own the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects, enhancements, and integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, scope definition, sprint execution, and release management for SMC projects.
• Establish and enforce governance standards for SMC configuration, data usage, segmentation, and automation.
• Provide technical guidance on SMC architecture, API integrations, data extensions, and SQL query best practices.
• Lead and mentor onshore and offshore SMC delivery teams, promoting Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in relevant technical roles.
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and continuous integration practices.
• Proven experience enforcing data privacy regulations, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CCPA.
• Experience defining and enforcing platform governance standards.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and service level agreements.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (developers, data engineers, architects).
